  1. TYPE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We currently collect and process the following information:

  • Personal identifiers including your full name, date of birth, address, and contact details such as email address and telephone numbers
  • Copies of personal identity documents which include photographs and copies of proof of address documents
  • National Insurance and Tax Identification Numbers
  • Financial information for example bank details and description of source of funds/wealth

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • To assist us in our client onboarding process
  • To provide our services to you and perform any other obligation in accordance with our engagement with you
  • To comply with our legal or regulatory obligations
  • For general administrative purposes
  • Any other reason will be compatible with the above listed purposes

We may also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

  • Where you have authorised a third party to share your personal information with us so that we may discuss our services with you and set up a services agreement.

  • Financial institutions for example when we are dealing with banking matters on your behalf
  • Registered Agents in offshore jurisdictions
  • Auditors engaged to provide services on your behalf

Transferring personal data outside the UK

  1. HOW WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

All your information is stored electronically in secure and protected systems. Any original documents containing personal information are kept securely until the information has been transposed into an electronic format after which point the originals are shredded and destroyed.

We have put in place commercially reasonable and appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered, or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions, and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected data security breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected breach where we are legally required to do so.

We keep your personal information for the duration of our working relationship and for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected; upon termination of our relationship, we will keep your details on file for a period of five years as required by UK law; at the end of this period all your personal data will be deleted from our systems.

You are not required to pay a charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.

We also use cookies on our site for Google Analytics. Google Analytics is a web analytics tool that helps website owners understand how visitors engage with their website.
